This is living room/bedroom combo. Rent will be 800 a month all bills paid except cable/internet. Will drop rent down each month if you can do repairs on apartment/and or main house. There will be a 400 nonrefundable deposit. Please do not rent from me if you know you cannot afford the rent each month
