This is a combo room, 800 month all bills paid except cable/internet, will drop rent down if willing to do work on it and other stuff so some months will only pay 700-750. This is a older apartment and looks rough on the outside. Very quiet neighborhood. I am asking for a deposit nonrefundable but can work it off instead of paying it.
