We bought this for our kids for Christmas but my husband ended up just building a swingset. It's like new. A strap on the rope ladder has come detached in one spot but can be stitched back. Says it's good for over 500 lbs but that is not the case. Perfect for toddlers but not for bigger kids. Asking $100.
