The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service and restaurant industry, with pizza or delivery experience being a strong plus. You’ll work directly with the owner, who will provide support as needed.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff
Oversee daily operations and develop strategies to boost sales and profitability
Prepare weekly payroll and financial reports for the owner
Manage inventory and control operating costs
Enhance menu offerings, food quality, and customer service
Implement delivery options and online ordering platforms
Create promotions and events to attract more dine-in customers
Work Schedule:
5–6 days per week (with at least one guaranteed day off)
Flexibility to work additional days when needed, with extra compensation
Compensation & Benefits:
Base pay starting at $930/week for a 5 and a half -day workweek
