Made in USA and formerly from a college setting. Very well made. Heavy Duty Boom stand can been adjusted to many positions and tilt angles. from Horizontal to Vertical.

This unit has the high end AO head, with choice of 5 different magnifications, by quickly turning the knob.With the 15X Super Wide Angle eyepieces...Magnifications are 10X, 15X, 20X, 30X and 40X)
ACCEPTS 23MM OD EYEPIECES (available online), so many other magnifications are optional too.
This has been my personal scope for many years. It was handpicked from many others I've owned. All the magnifications are parfocal too. It is a joy to use, and has superb optics!
Great scope for a shop, medical office, jeweler, archaeologist, geologist, assembly work, electronics or hobbies. Great for meteorites, rocks and minerals, plants, insects, stamps and coins, assembly work... many uses for these.
This microscope is also great for doing quick, easy micro-photography! Low cost 23 mm adapters available online to adapt most cameras or CCD's to one of the eyepiece tubes.
Newly reconditioned. Optics VERY clear and sharp. No apparent optical scratches, fungus ,haze or dirt...Scope is well collimated..

This unit is not your typical used microscope presently sold online that is only described as "Good used, or tested" that usually have stiff motions ,dirty, scratched ,cloudy optics, or worse... double vision.... this is a fully refurbished microscope that has been thoroughly disassembled ,inspected, repaired , cleaned optically and mechanically,( all vintage microscopes need a through internal cleaning to preform like new again) Also collimated, lubricated ,reassembled and tested by an experienced technician who has overhauled and sold more than 450 units to date with many happy customers including NASA contractors and Healthcare professionals.
