No tears in the leather.
No cracking of the leather.
No seams coming apart.
Some Scuffs to the wood.
It is 16 years old, but well cared for. Leather treated every six months for all this time.
No smoking, no children no pets household.
New Foam cushions put in the seat cushions about 3 years ago.
NMSRP was $5,599 when bought new in 2009.
