Saddlebrook Apts needs an experienced Leasing Agent. Must be responsible, dependable and reliable. Have your own transportation and looking for a long-term position. We are Saddlebrook Apts we are located at 9000 Chapel Rd. Waco Texas 076712 if you are a people person and if you have at least 2 to 3 years Leasing experience then this may be the job for you? We currently use the Onesite management program so you must be familiar with this program. Our hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. If you work Saturday, then you get a day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays must have a great personality be very outgoing and be able to sell our community like an expert. We have a lot to offer and we expect anyone who we hired to present our property in the way that inspires people to live with us. In other words, you must be a strong closer. we’re offering $3100 up to $3300. salary per month. we offer $50 per lease and $50 per renewal in commissions.
