Barron Environmental Service and Technologies (BEST) is a full-service erosion & sediment control organization serving all of Central Texas. We are the leader in erosion and sediment control for construction sites providing permits, inspections, silt fencing, soil retention blankets, inlet protection, rock berms, and other solutions.
CREW LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Able to work in an outdoor environment
* Able to get along with others.
* Consistence and punctuality
* Oversee team of 2-3 service techs to ensure proper install procedures
* Supervise and actively engages in various tasks and activities related to erosion controls
* Execute installation procedures with precision, adhering to documentation requirements.
* Maintain open communication with the service manager or compliance officer on a daily basis.
* Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Record and document achievements and areas for improvement as part of incentive plans.
* Manage warehouse maintenance, service records, vehicles, and equipment.
* Supervise daily preventive maintenance and inventory records, as well as service logs.
* Coordinate and performs necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
* Compile and submit lists of project materials and required inventory items for ordering.
*Conduct on-site meetings with customers before installations when applicable.
* Ensure prompt completion of work orders upon task/activity conclusion.
*Perform other duties as assigned and as needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organization's values.
REQUIREMENTS
1. High School Diploma or GED
3. Valid Texas Drivers License
4. Valid Personal Auto Liability Insurance
5. Work authorization/security clearance required: Must be eligible to work in the United States

Pay is dependent on previous experience. Inlcudes 2 weeks vacation after 12 months of employment, paid holidays, health and dental benefits available.
