We oversee several properties in both the Waco area. For now we are looking for someone to do the initial services for a property we have been overseeing. These services include the following.
* Grass Cut
* Shrub trim & Weed removal.
* Debris Removal
* Minor Repairs
This is not full time work, and is to be treated as supplementary income. We are looking for a person that has their own tools and materials to complete this work, and reliable transportation. We require GL insurance, but can wait on this, as volume is still fairly low. We do have work to issue immediately. ALL WORK REQUIRES PHOTOS. This is the only way to prove that is completed, and issue payment, Vendor Application. We will only consider applications submitted, and do not reply to direct emails.
