• Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring accurate thread color changes and design placement
• Monitor machine performance throughout production runs, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Maintain quality standards by inspecting finished products for stitching accuracy, alignment, and overall appearance
• Follow detailed work orders and design specifications to produce consistent, high-quality embroidery
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation and longevity
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety protocols
