The motor is in good running condition. It will need a battery and starter work. The starter is the original push pedal solenoid, and the contacts get dirty when it sits. It was working good, but it's been sitting in my garage for about 3 years.
The transmission will need repair. It'stuck in 3rd gear. It was working good and I was driving it when it got stuck. The Jeep is registered as an antique, and has a bonded title, if you need it.
Here is a partial list of new parts I have installed.
All new tires. Less then 10 miles.
New steering wheel and horn
New original seat frames and cushions
New gas tank and sending unit.
All new gauges and dash light. All new wiring installed. All electrical works.
New speedometer and cable.
New emergency brake assembly
New side mirror and windshield mirror.
New add on signal light switch.
New drivers side electrical wiper
New Brake master cylinder
Several new parts still in the box.
ROP's included, but not installed
Skid plates included, but not installed.
6000.00 is a great price for this Jeep. It was appraised at 9600.00 when I applied for the bonded title three years ago.
