We are looking for someplace rural / offgrid to park our trailers and stay at with permission.
Its my wife, young child and i we are hoping that with all this empty desolate unused ground in this desert we can find someone kind enough to allow us to caretake/renovate/clean up /security or provide other services in exchange for legal access to reside on the property as a tenant, employee, guest ,ect.
We would prefer someplace out of the way ,rural and offgrid. Water and power a plus but unnecessary as we can provide our own. We would be very interested in property that is distressed/tax lein the owner would be willing allow us flexibility in purchasing the land.
We have been in trailers moving place to place since covid began . But recently we had a devastating loss in our family and had to move yet again. We rented several acres and shortly after we began moving in found out the owner didnt quite own the property yet and had no authority to lease the land. Of course no refund and yet again must move.
We have our own tools and equipment and abilities provide any services agreed upon.

Looking for a home in any condition. I have a down payment and am willing to do regular financing or even seller financing. I prefer the house to need a lot of repairs since I can do most of it myself. I am even open to purchasing a mobile home if the land comes with it.
