His credit and financial status are A+ and definitely meet any criteria a renter would need to feel comfortable in his role as co-signer. Security deposit, first and last month rent up front are also not a problem. Would be willing to sign 6 month-1 year rental agreement. I'm also hoping to find a renter that would accept me with a felony on my record from 3 years ago. My conviction is an F6 and is not in any way sex-related or violent. Since the conviction I have complied with my supervision and am no longer on any type of supervision or associate with other felons. My husband and I are saved Christians, which is only relevant to this post because I would like potential renters to know we live pretty quiet and responsible lives.
