My house is a beautiful, spacious 4 bed/2 full bath home in a great neighborhood in Hewitt. It's a 2 min drive to I-35 N on-ramp and 15 mins from Baylor/Downtown. The house is fully furnished with everything you might need including a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen etc. I have a lovely backyard with a covered patio, grill, fire pit, hammock, string lights, pretty gardens, and privacy fencing -Perfect for your morning coffee or just hanging out :)
I'm a 34 year old female with a graduate degree and a professional, full-time career. I have a super quiet/studious 17 year old that is studying or reading quietly most of the time. I have an 11 year old dog who is super sweet and well behaved and just loves laying around on the couch, sun bathing, and cuddling. I am laid back and easy going, and keep a very clean/organized space :)
My other roommate is 29 year old engineer. He is very quiet, clean, and kind. He is the only person you'll share a bathroom with.
I'm looking for a roommate who is clean/neat, mature, and responsible. A graduate student or working professional would be a great fit! No smoking, drugs, pets, or room sharing.
Will prorate the first month. I'm very open to short term tenants :)
