Room Weekly $220.00/single occupancy. $150.00 security deposit.
Includes all utilities, High Speed Wi-Fi, Roku, housekeeping and weekly laundry. Large personal refrigerators in room.
Kitchenette upstairs with microwave, oven and pizza oven.
Full kitchen downstairs with dishwasher.
I provide all paper products, dishes, silverware and glasses.
No smoking except for outside or enclosed porch.
Off Street Parking with lighting.
Close to the freeway and downtown Hillsboro.
