**The Room:**
It's fully furnished with everything you need - bed, desk, whatever basics you'd expect. You get your own private bathroom, which is clutch when you're sharing a house. The room just got freshly painted and we put in new porcelain tile flooring, so it looks and feels clean. There's a big closet too, plenty of space for your clothes and stuff.
The house has a newer washer and dryer that you're welcome to use whenever. WiFi's fast and reliable - I work from home sometimes so I made sure to get good internet. No lag or buffering issues.
**What's Covered:**
Rent includes everything - utilities, internet, and access to the kitchen. You'd have your own designated space in the fridge and cabinets for your food and cooking stuff. I'm not one of those people who eats other people's groceries or makes things weird in shared spaces. Your stuff is your stuff.
Since everything's included, you know exactly what you're paying each month. No surprise bills showing up or having to split utilities and do math every month.
**The Lease Situation:**
This is month-to-month, which gives you flexibility if you're in between places, new to the area, or just don't want to commit to a year-long lease right off the bat. As long as things are working out, you can stay as long as you need.
**What I Need From You:**
I'm looking for someone clean and responsible. Someone who'll respect the shared spaces, pay rent on time, and just be easy to live with. Pretty straightforward stuff.
