Waterloo Turf Wac is growing, and we're looking to partner with experienced crew foremen who already have an established crew.
If your crew currently installs landscaping, insulation, fencing, concrete, pavers, irrigation, or performs general construction, we'd love to talk with you. Artificial turf experience is a plus, but it's not required—we'll train the right crew on our installation methods.
This is a 1099 subcontractor opportunity** with consistent work throughout Central Texas.
What we're looking for:
✔ Crew foreman with an established crew (3–5 people preferred) English and Spanish preferred
✔ Truck and trailer
✔ Installation equipment (plate compactor, power broom, wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, etc.) or the willingness to purchase the required equipment
✔ Dependable, professional crews that take pride in quality workmanship
