Everything works, nothing leaks! UVW-7048 lb, can safely pull and stop behind a 1500 pickup. I have towed it around Texas with a 5.0 F-150 with no issues. It's a solid trailer though, if I were to take it to the Rockies I would want to have a 3/4-1 ton pickup
I am selling only because it is not being used as much as it needs. I bought the trailer for a job planning to live/work full time out of it, but job changed and don't need it for work, and it's not set up for more than 2 people. This RV is designed for either a single person or a couple, with the built in desk/office space at the rear it makes a FANTASTIC remote work set up, which is how I've been using it parked in an RV park for the past couple of months.
Couch does fold down into a bed, it can comfortably sleep 4 adults

Bank has the title, will transfer to new owner after sale. Price is 100% FIRM, not a dollar less than the listing price will be accepted. Recliners need to be replaced, cheap leatherette is peeling. Recliners still function and are comfortable, I've just kept blankets over them
Outdoor speakers need to be replaced (bought it that way and haven't gotten around to it. They sound fine at low volume)
