We are a small successful company looking for reliable class A CDL drivers with a minimum of three years of verifiable experience (Refeer experience preferred). We ask that you are capable of performing pre-trip inspections.. All of our trucks are Freightliner Cascadia’s. We pull reefer units in the state of Texas mostly, but do service a few surrounding states from time to time.
We cannot guarantee you weekends off, but we do our best to give you a weekend off when you need it. Your pay is 25% of the load pay. We pay by direct deposit every Friday. Should for any reason I cannot book you loads for the week, you will receive a minimum of $800 for that week (this does not apply if you request time off).
Most of my drivers work an average of six days a week and are bringing home $1600-1900+ weekly. The more loads you carry, the more money we both make.
Depending where your residence is, I try to book you loads that can get you by your home once or twice a week if the freight we are carrying allow it. We deliver into Temple regularly, so if your local to that or surrounding area, we are able to accommodate getting you home more frequently.
