Pavlos Cookies is a cookie bakery with operation in Troy Texas. Throughout the week we bake cookies, baklava and have fresh roasted coffee to sell at farmers markets in central Texas ranging from Waco to Austin along the I-H35 corridor.
If you live in towns in the surrounding areas between Waco and Austin you have the opportunity to own and grow your own farmer's Market selling Pavlos Cookies, Baklava and fresh roasted coffee. We will provide samples, products for sale, pay for market fees for approved farmer's markets. We offer training plus a base of $60.00 for each market you service plus $1.00 incentive for every item sold.. Markets operate between four to five hours per day. They vary on day, but you can find them operating on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Depending on your sales you can earn between $17.50 hour average up to $20.00 per hour and grow your business earning between $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.
This past year we have done markets in Lorena, Troy, Temple, Salada, Belton, Copperas Cove, Georgetown, Round Rock, Pflugerville and Hutto. Now we know our products are well received by customers and we need to spend more time in production as we expand and give opportunities to motivated people who want to be a part of something that will give them a good income and flexibility of time.
In high traffic markets sales will range between $1,200.00 to $2,400.00 per day.
This would pay between $180 to $200 per day.
Moderate Markets sales between $600 to $1,000 and pay $120 - $160 per day
Low Markets sales between $300.00 to $500.00 per day and pay $90 - $110 per day.
You grow your market and it will grow by the end of the first year with a minimum 25% increase. In the last two years our sales have tripled, and our average sales was $26.00 per square charge.
To be eligible to own your own Pavlos Cookies Farmer's Market business you must be able to be dependable, reliable, responsible to yourself, Pavlos Cookies and your customers to be successful with this business. And have your own transportation. We will provide you the tools, you must have the desire to own and run your own business like a professional businessperson.
