Im looking for vacant houses all around Waco. I'm not looking for houses that are listed and not for sale by owner. Things to look for is tall grass, rust stains, roof in bad shape(missing shingles), junk all around the property, siding is rotting, mailbox is messed up or is full of mail. Im not really looking for boarded up houses.You must have a reliable vehicle. If we are able to close on any of the houses that you refer to us, we will give you a $500 to $1000 referral fee at closing from our title company.
